Hello from Telluride, where we just wrapped up another classic fall season of majestic colors, by far one of my favorite times of the year. This year’s colors arrived a touch later and stayed a bit longer, of which no one was complaining.
As we segue into the winter season, I wanted to give you a quick update on how the real estate market is trending through the first three-quarters of ’23.
